also known as the bridge pose is another effective yoga poses that help in
fighting depression. It helps mitigate anxiety and boost your mood while
strengthening your core. Other asanas like the Warrior pose, Cobra pose, Child
pose etc. are effective in boosting good mental as well as physical health.
