Yoga
is a technique, art, practice or discipline to strike a balance between the
body and the mind. Connection, union, liberation, coalesce; Yoga imbibes it all

accepting social norms. Science is yet to discover a sure shot cure for autism,
Yoga has made it possible to heal several symptoms and signs of the disorder
